Background
​
I have personally experienced the benefits of regular massage therapy to help with recovery, preventing injury and promoting relaxation. This led me to an interest in body mechanics, manual therapy and rehabilitation exercise. My enthusiasm for health, wellness and fitness led me to the decision to pursue massage therapy as a career.
Experience
​
I have been providing quality massage therapy treatments since 2010. I worked for 7 years in a leading Auckland massage therapy clinic specialising in pain relief, stress management and exercise rehabilitation. This provided experience working with different muscle and joint issues, chronic pain and acute injuries.
Often treatment requires an understanding of other significant health conditions and how this may influence your movement and comfort. I aim to provide a tailored treatment plan to get you the best results possible.

I have provided pre- and post-event sports massage therapy at several sporting events and offer home-care exercises and recovery advice for clients. ​
In my free time I enjoy an active life participating regularly in field hockey, ocean swimming, surf-life saving, yoga and qi-gong.
